Shackle mounts
can sometimes be the most challenging item to make for the home
fabricator. Just trying to find a 1 foot piece of 3/4" solid
stock can leave you driving all around town looking through remnant
bins or paying outrageous prices and cut charges for anything less
than a 20 foot piece of steel. The drill bit alone can cost more
than the material.
For ultimate
recovery strength our shackle mounts are designed to be welded to
both the front and rear of your 2" thick bumper. Each mount
is drilled to accommodate a 7/8 pin from a 3/4" recovery
shackle.
Most other aftermarket shackle mounts are pricey, and only made
for front face welding. ROKMEN mounts are neither of those!
